We base our value on many factors, some of which are condition, location, schools, and surrounding properties. Typically, we are looking to buy your home and make it the best home on the block, so we have to consider how much work it will take for someone to buy it and get approved for financing once it’s all fixed up.

CASH OFFER

We will make you a cash offer for your home as-is. The offer will be a preliminary offer which is a range based on the information you have provided on our initial call. If you like the sound of that offer, or we are close to your expected price we will schedule a time to come see the home and finalize the offer.

PREVIEW YOUR PROPERTY

DON’T WORRY! We don’t require you to make any repairs, nor do we want you to. If the house is messy, we don’t care either! We buy all houses AS-IS. Previewing the home allows us to confirm the home is in the same condition you said it was. If the home is in the same condition you said it is we will formalize our offer that day. We’ll get you a contract within 24 hours to review and sign. Another great thing to know is that we typically use state-approved contracts!
